Literally the most horrible experience I've ever had. Extremely rude staff. Especially the shot girl who bumped into me 5 times and made rude remarks to me every time. Chelsea? Not sure. Just terrible service, terrible sound system, no seating whatsoever, same crowd every night, and the drinks were mediocre, to say the least......there's a dress code, which actually filters the crowd and makes sense.
