Will never use them again. We were out and the unit was cleaned and swept by the end of the month, but because they required a FULL 10 day notice before you can be out, and that crossed over into the first day of the next month, they required us to pay the FULL next month. When I reserved the unit through U-haul, they had a $50 reservation fee that was supposed to go towards my monthly payment. We have been renting two units for years. Never had a problem. During COVID fell on hard times but were always given a chance to bring it up to date. The place is always kept clean and up to par. This is a safe place to store your stuff. I will give them 7 stars. Angy, you rock.
