Initially I had a great impression but I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in the installation and the lack of follow up when I reached out to get help with the issues. There are pencil marks are on every piece of trim that will not come off, there are noticable gaps in my flooring, and multiple pieces of furniture were damaged in the process.
