I cannot give this company a rating because the flooring consultant never arrived. No one bothered to help with this until I started calling. My appointment was 1pm. I was told that were in the area could I call for better directions. My call was declined. This review will probably be taken down. Disappointed in a local business that takes so little pride in the service they are supposed to provide.
