3 young guys arrived at my home in a broken down white van that had the back window broken out. They went into my home and I showed the area that the new floors were going. One of the guys stated that I owed him money before he could start the job. I told him I did not ( I paid in full ). He kept saying that I owed money and they would not start until I paid. Just had an in home appointment with Cody Foxworthy. Talked about all my financing options, helped me figure out a fantastic price after some discounts and monthly specials, and had appointments ready to schedule. Loved the in home shopping aspect and Cody explained the control his company maintains over the manufacturing process. The price also included the removal and disposal of old carpet and tile. A major bonus!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One guy shows up for a very large job. Took two days to finish and stayed until 10:00om each night and this is the product that they left. And still had the audacity to demand payment at the end. Flooring was left sitting out in the back of the truck baking in the sun and then directly installed. Nobody from corporate is reaching back out after multiple calls and nobody from the Jacksonville location will return any calls. Sales man said this isn't his job to handle.
