First Chris, the salesman gave me a presentation for flooring in my bedroom. He explained the process in detail. Answerd all my questions very professional with great knowledge. Showed me the different flooring and showed me one that was perfect. I told him I had several more quotes to get. The following week I contacted Chris and told him that I received a lower quote for a very similar floor. He ask me to send it to him and he would match it which he did.
