I really wanted to leave a positive review because the sales experience was excellent and the carpet itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the quality of the installation and the complete lack of customer service afterward overshadowed everything else. Before my installation, I spent a significant amount of time and money painting the entire upstairs of my new home while it was empty.
