This is the worst company I have ever worked with. This is not my first review so I see they like to have bad reviews taken down which would explain the deceiving rating. The salesman Rodney sold us a wonderful product, expensive but should have been worth it. Had a horrible install that left us with over 2 dozen problem areas in our house, they were brushed off as "it will settle" A month later no settling. Had an appointment scheduled with them and received both email and text reminders yet when it was time for the appointment, they were a no call/no show. After calling customer rep, they could not find my information in their system despite having received mail and text confirmations/reminders. Hence, will not be doing business with a company that is unorganized from the start. I can only imagine what scheduling an install would be like. Buyer beware.
Sobhy was amazing, as well as his manager Eric. They explained everything so very well, and my husband and I have full confidence in them and their company. We have never had anyone explain the process as well and represent their company as well.
Very good people came as soon as I needed them sobhy is the best saleman he walked us through this process without confusion and we really appreciate having him as a salesman
Sobhy came from 50 floor and was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as clients. Gave us great options for different styles and for payment options to help us make our decision. This company has one of the great prices as well.
