I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership on May 1, 2023 to which i paid cash. It has now been over three weeks since I purchased said vehicle and I have not taken full ownership of said vehicle as of yet do in part to repairs that needed to be done. This place is terrible. I went to purchase a car in early October. I found a car that I liked and put my money down. When I put my money down and signed the papers, it was 3 weeks before I actually got to pick the car up. When I get there to pick the car up I noticed it was not detailed, cleaned nor had oil in it. I had to ask the man to put some oil in it, he told me I had to come back to get the tires changed, and for an oil change. I took it home on a Thursday, Friday my check engine light came on. Customer purchased her car on October 08, 2021. Since she financed her car with a sub-prime lender who specializes in helping buyers rebuild credit. There is strict policies the lender will follow and will call the buyers employer. This customer provided us with a prior / past job , which told the lender she wasn't working there anymore. Customer was starting a new job, and we needed to wait until she was on shift before her employment could be verified. This delay was the customers fault, and her fault only.
