As one of the 1st residents I can say everything has crashed. Tonight. Multiple elevators elevator b needed people rescued No porters no Maintenance. No support. I will not say the supers name because I worry I won’t get help to my apartment every again. The real staff is great. But management above security is zero. This review will effect my housing. Look how quickly my review has changed.
