Very helpful with the Malibu. I had emailed them and not only did they respond by email but also called within two hours of me making contact. Steve was very respectful. The entire crew was extremely friendly and as helpful as one could ask for. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star experience was we bought two cars and if wasn't until after we negotiated and shook on a price did one person (appeared to be the owner) stop and then disclose the other vehicle (2007 mustang) had been in an accident. I went and looked at the car there were several problems with the vehicle but between the dealer and myself we were able to work them out, and I did end up purchasing the vehicle.
Drove 45 minutes to check out several cars listed. We walked around several lots for almost an hour and not one person approached us. The vehicles were all unlocked, so we looked inside and 80% were filthy. Windows smeared with food, garbage still everywhere. The cars appeared to be as pictured.
