Excellent management and maintenance. Roaches and little old building
If it is within your means to rent anywhere else, do it. I give it one star because the roof never leaked (although I was on the lower floor - talk to folks on the upper floor and they may say otherwise.) Every issue mentioned here was brought to management attention, and either never got a response, or the response took months to even be looked into. It's a good value for money near Hopkins Area. Just 10 minutes walk to the campus & it's in the north-west part of the university which is relatively safer. But couple of things to note building is a very old building. Sometimes I faced a little bit of overheating issue but authority is very quick to fix things. Once or twice I faced problem with rats but they literally came next day to solve the problem. There's washing machine located in the basement & rooms are large enough. Overall it's a pleasant experience for me
