Dr. Gabriel we appreciate if u respect clients time as well, we understand if u r busy with other patients in the clinic.. u never came to clinic we came walk in waited for 2 hrs in u r clinic to see u, when called they reception said doctor will come @11, we came @10:30 but doctor didn’t turn up @11.. 11:30.. 12..12:30, finally we left the clinic 1 o clock without seeing u.. .. request u to respect clients time as well

Very bad practice. I am a registered patient, Dr. Kehinde is family physician. I went to clinic 45 mins before closing with severe headache. They declined to see me saying they are not accepting walk-ins. They could have helped as there was plenty of time available to close. I am okay to wait for appointment in normal condition but this was crazy. Thinking before choosing and beware one thing at a time, double dipping. Even with appointment wait time is 1 hour +.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, understanding, and respectful toward patients. I’ve been coming to this clinic for a long time and have always had a good experience with the doctors and staff. I witnessed an experience this Sunday where a patient was very rude to the staff over the phone. As patients, we should understand that waiting times can happen and staff have to follow clinic rules and weekend policies. There’s no need to raise our voices when something isn’t possible.
