My toddler required medical attention and was later diagnosed with a serious respiratory infection. Unfortunately, we were denied service because his health card had expired two months earlier. Not answering the phone ever.same as every other reality bad medical clinics in Hamilton. The medical care in this part of country is really poor
Quiet clinic and no rush, they accept new patients. The clinic is inside Rexall Pharmacy.
My wife waits an hour+ to be seen beyond her scheduled appt and this is her family doctor. Shouldn’t registered patients take precedent over the walk in clinic? You guys need to figure out your system or separate them entirely. The murmers in the waiting area were very negative and more than one of your patients said they’re looking elsewhere. Why make an appt at all if it’s just a walk in clinic system regardless?
Great clinic, awesome hrs, lab on-site, drs are knowledgeable and patient, front desk staff is kind friendly and compassionate, I highly recommend the clinic.
