You should probably call first to check hours and availability. Arrived 1.5 hrs before closing - looked like just a couple of families in the waiting room, but they weren't accepting patients for the night. Maybe additional patients were waiting out back in rooms. It sounds like this happens fairly frequently, so save yourself the trip.
Waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. While I was waiting, they took in 2 or 3 walk-ins ahead of me, and I still hadn't been seen. Don't trust the wait times listed on their website. They're not accurate. There's clearly something wrong with how they manage their scheduling system.
I just found this doctor today. It went so smoothly and easy. I filled out forms. I had blood work and urine taken right there in the clinic and I had my first appointment within 15 minutes. I have never had a wonderful experience like this. I’ve had such bad luck with previous doctors that I gave up , I had to go to the ER today because of other doctors mistakes, I was informed that this clinic Is taking new patients, I went straight over and everything happened so smoothly and efficiently, doctors and nurses alike.
