Our customer base is as far as Australia even though we are located in Phoenix. We strive to provide our customers with the service they desire. I wont do business with them again. I bought a piston and ring set, cam, lifters, oil pump, and crank. I think I spent about $4k maybe. Verbally told me he would program my computer and would send a label to do so. None of that happened. I called about the computer reprogramming and he said he would do it for more $. Worst experience I’ve ever had! I originally called 505 to ask about piping kits for a turbo charger and if they sold just an up pipe which goes from the manifold up to a t3/t4 flange. I talked with Zach originally everything seemed good and I was given a quote of 3-5 days I would see my parts so I ordered them right on the spot now 2 months down the road I have 1 of the parts(the less important of the 2 parts) and was told that the up pipe “would be shipping in a week” or that it was “on the rack ready to go out” and I stil... read more

Go ahead don't take my word let him show you a magazine or something then after you give him a little money then more you will realize the bad reviews were justified. I'm out $27,000.00 bucks for a bunch of **plain and simple. He's a fraud that's why he moved to Az from NM in the first place. Even if he does half a job you will still be out. Still no call or email back about the core charge refund of $675 and no answer for the returned supercharger that cost me $3000. You must really need the money I guess. I would like to resolve this issue, it has been going on for almost 2.5 years now. When will some one get back to me????
Beware of doing business with Zack and 505 performance! Purchased a motor from them in 2016, worst business transaction i have ever made. They do not provide the product and services they claim in every aspect of the deal. Could never get Zack to provide what was agreed on from the original contract, and what was provided was damaged or wrong. Now 2 years later and the motor built by 505 is having issues. Bought a stroker kit, it does take some time to get but well worth the wait. I have to remember that quality, costume parts take time. I'm really pleased with my 4.9 stroker kit I will be ordering again. Great quality parts.
I was needing upgrades for my jeep but I had a budget. Zach was able to work with me to get all the things I needed. He got all my parts sent out in a reasonable time. I am very pleased with my jeep thanks to 505 Performance I highly recommend them.
Buyer beware. We ended up over $35K in the hole in attorney's fees and costs and without our heirloom 1954 Jeep after dealing with this merchant. We had to spend this money to try to collect the judgement we prevailed in and are net out this money after they paid the judgement. The court awarded us damages of $86,201.99 plus costs of $4567 and attorney's fees of $58,504 on 3/7/2017 see case number ********** Superior Court of Arizona, County of Maricopa. If we could award them a negative rating we would.

This is a review that does not need to be here, but since it is we will respond. 505 Performance was contacted to finish this 1954 basket case. A $5000 deposit was put down to begin the project with an estimated build cost of $30K and of this approx $20k in parts. After speaking to 505, they are working with me to fix the issues on stroker engine. Taking the extra time and effort to see that things that occurred in the past are rectified. Definitely a 180 on experience. Will continue to keep updates. And greatly appreciate 505.
