This apartment was a dream. My first experience living alone, I went into everything blind. I did know that I wanted a studio with great lighting and not on the ground floor. Seems simple, right? Management is responsive and always on top of things when needed. Building is well maintained, in a great location and I had zero issues with both move in & move out processes.

505 Dekum is a stunning apartment complex. The units have beautiful modern and minimal touches, with huge windows that allow light to pour in as much as possible. The units have all hardwood floors, which was really important to us in our apartment search. The layouts of these units are just right, and it is easy to envision life in any of the layouts. Kris was super helpful this past week answering all of my questions, thank you!
We absolutely love our apartment at 505 Dekum. The space is beautiful and well thought out. In past building I’ve experienced glamour on the outside while the inside was built as cheaply as possible, though 505 Dekum is great inside and out. The walls are well built so I can’t hear any neighbor noise. All of our appliances look brand new and work perfectly. Kris and his leasing team are SUPER responsive.
