We absolutely love our apartment at 505 Dekum. The space is beautiful and well thought out. In past building I’ve experienced glamour on the outside while the inside was built as cheaply as possible, though 505 Dekum is great inside and out. The walls are well built so I can’t hear any neighbor noise. All of our appliances look brand new and work perfectly. Kris and his leasing team are SUPER responsive. Rented here for 2 years and wouldn't have left if I didn't need to relocate! The property manager always responded quickly and was able to fix any of the minor issues I ran into. I loved my unit - great light with the big windows. Rarely heard any noise from neighbors. It was an ideal rental and I'd go back again!
Spent a lovely couple of years here at 505 Dekum. The management is responsive and kind and the neighborhood is wonderful. We loved our space.

I love this apartment! It's clean, quiet, safe, spacious and modern. I have a 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for single living. I have huge east-facing windows with views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Saint Helens. The landlord cares about this place and regularly visits and makes sure the inside and outside is clean. The neighborhood is safe.
