I’m all about supporting our local businesses in the area but unfortunately I went into 505 Cycles to pick up an online order and sadly was provided with rude customer service for pickup. I made several purchases here in the past and never had a problem until now. I understand it’s a very stressful time but remember it’s also stressful for customers too. Yes! Everyone down there is really friendly and helpful I’ve never gone in there without someone saying hello and they usually have what you need and if they don’t they’ll get it for you I recommend 505 cycles to anyone that’s interested in BMX racing mountain biking or just leisure riding this is the place to go thank you a big shout out to all the gentleman down there thank you
