Ty and Frank were fantastic to work with. They were very thorough in the details and explanation of the work to be completed. The crew was efficient, the job was completed in a timely manner, and our property was left spotless. The new roof and ridge vent system have already proven to be effective in cooling the second story of our home. The cost of the new roof was very competitive with the other estimates we obtained. We worked with Frank to get an estimate for a full reroof, and he was great—very knowledgeable, helpful, and offered a few different options to consider. We had 503 roofing replace our 22 year old roof with the CertainTeed Northgate 50 year shingle. Frank, Jose and the entire crew did an amazing job that only took them 2 days to complete from start to finish. I really wish Google had a 5+ star rating as we were really happy with the work they did and the timeframe it took to get the job done.
