I have been searching for a truck online for over 2 months and visited a couple of dealerships as well. When I visited 503 Autos, it was with the intention of just looking around. After meeting Gary and speaking with him, I felt comfortable and that he was trustworthy. Ended up buying the truck on the spot. Gary was extremely helpful and made the entire process painless, even assisted me with a new set of tires at an awesome price. Thanks, Gary, for making this purchase experience an A+!
Warning this post might be long. I didn't know u could get a ticket while in a parking lot at work. Almost 3 yrs ago I moved to Oregon. I had a nice car wrecked it and then eventually came to finding another car . A 2001 Subaru Forester. Its a great car besides the fact that it wouldn't pass a DEQ (something I never heard of since I am not from Portland) I called the man who I bought it from. I bought a jeep from Gary in 2020 since then I’ve had to get the transmission rebuilt the carpet had to be ripped out due to it being ripped up by the gas pedal and was unsafe to drive with it in On top of that when I bought it in August of 2020 I didn’t recieve plates from the dealer until the end of November I’ve had nothing but problems with my jeep and wouldn’t recommend Gary as a salesman he is extremely sketchy and was very rude
Gary was great! He was very honest, thorough in walking us through the process, and was incredibly kind to us the entire time. Unfortunately the mechanics are not as honest as that. We have driven our truck a total of 3 hours and it has broken down every time. The day after we brought it home the truck would not start. 503 was very generous in getting the truck back to their mechanic and “fixing” it at their expense. Nothing was fixed correctly.
