I took my truck here 1 year and three months ago. They did a lot of work on my truck including the timing chains, control arms, gasket cover, cam shaft etc. everything they did on my truck had failed except the water pump. I went back last week to talk to them and they told me since I was 3 months out of warranty they wouldn’t help, I can get that. But if all of your work fails I feel you should fix something. I brought my friends car in on Friday and explained to the receptionist that the front drive shaft was going out (I got under the car and was able to physically shake it) the receptionist took note and said they would inform the technician. About 5 hours later we get a call stating that both CV axles need to be replaced and the car would be ready on Monday, no mention of a driveshaft at all.
