The food gave my family an upset stomach. We think it may have not been fresh. Very disappointing. This is not a good representation of Chapines. I do not recommend all the food, but they have a nice atmosphere and alot of Guatemalan snacks like chips and sodas, and even pharmaceutical items

Today we went in for the caldo de gallina, we sat down, the waitress came over handed over the menu and stated "someone will be over to take your order" There was a lot of crew working, not a soul ordering/customers. Waited for over 10 minutes, but no-one came over to take our order As we were leaving someone came out from the kitchen, but didn't even said they'll take our order nor apologized for the long wait. A bit disappointing
