501 Collision went ABOVE and beyond for me. Chelsea was absolutely amazing and always explained everything to me every step of the way. She stayed on top of everything, even when the other party's insurance was being a nightmare. Excellent customer service here that is definitely hard to come by these days. They also did a beautiful job repairing my vehicle! I recommend 100%!

501 Collision did a great job repairing the damage to the side of my car. Everyone I encountered, from getting an estimate to picking my car up when it was finished, was extremely kind and helpful. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly reccomend them.

The back bumper on our car needed replacing. The office person was completely understanding and kind. She explained the process so I would know how long it would take. It took exactly as long as she said it would. They offered to take my car to the mechanic when they were done which completely helpful to me. The work that was done was beautiful and I'm proud to drive my car around again :)
501 Collision fixed my son’s bumper, and the cost was more than fair. They are polite, courteous, and do a great job!
