The assistance I received was extremely unsatisfactory. What should have been a quick resolution due to parking in the wrong building turned into an experience lasting over 30 minutes. I had already paid my parking ticket inside the building and had the receipt in hand as proof of payment. I recently parked here for a longer term duration. I found 500 W Monroe parking very clean and well managed. Nicole G. answered my questions/concerns promptly and was excellent. I highly recommend.
Parking spaces are a little small. Some drivers were parking across the lines making the other spots unusable, but that's not the fault of the parking ramp.
Has a car wash option & just a few blocks walk to the Lyric Opera. It's also clean & secure
