This company canceled my son’s fourth grade space camp field trip. They just informed us that they would be refunding part of our money but was keeping $150. Since they are the ones who canceled the field trip it seems to me that they would refund all of the money!!! Horrible company! I hope our school district (Oak Hill) Discontinues doing business with this company in the future! I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with 500 tours
Refund the money you have stolen from the children and chaperones.
We just received an email today that our daughters trip to DC has been canceled and he is keeping the $300 deposit, and will only refund the other portion after he secures a government loan. I will be pursuing this matter, and anyone who wants to join in or share information is welcome to message me.
Give us our money back. You breached the contract, not us!
500 Tours cancelled the eighth grade field trip to DC and is not refunding the deposit even though THEY are the ones in breach of contract and they will get their money from the government. Nice job making a profit on the backs of a bunch of already bummed out kids. Shameful!
Even during a pandemic they don’t want to refund trips 👎🏻
