We moved to 500 Harbour Island in June 2023. Our experience so far has been great! Lindsay and Erin in the office are always available and ready to help you if needed. The concierge service is top notch. Jose and his team are always pleasant and know you by name. The building is fantastic. New amenity updates are currently in the works. While yes, there were elevator issues when moving in, they have since been repaired. The office is constantly notifying residents of any changes, updates or issues. Erin is simply amazing! Moving into a new home usually a really stressful experience but Erin managed to minimize all inconveniences associated with it! We have been living at 500 Harbour Island for almost 3 months now and have only good words to say about the management, amenities, and concierge service!
Wow, it's pretty bad when a visitor is leaving a bad review. Every time I come here there's one elevator working and when I visit my friend his dishwasher or toilet, nothing is working in the unit. GROSS. I mean, how old is this place 2017? It's just like nothing but a cash cow for someone. Rich slum Lord on Harbor island charging prices like the place is kept up. New renters go elsewhere. Trust me you don't want to be in a 1 year lease here and regreting it.😪
