Great place to visit. The pool is nice and quiet. Lots of sun and shade options available.
We had leaks coming from the rain gutters located in the interior walls, water coming from our can light above our shower from the shower above us, moldy air condition and filters, three walls ripped open from leaks and cable issues, strong mildewy smells that are hard to control, carpet replaced once and pulled up and (fan dried for days at a time) twice. Not one penny discounted from my $3300 rent but they did give me the option of getting out in 6 days and pay for an additional month and we will let you out of your lease!... read more
