I have lived at 500 for over 2 years. The building is elegant, clean, and the units are open with good floor plans. I am giving the building a 1 star rating due to the the constant issues with the elevators- we have approx 240+ units with only 3 elevators. Unfortunately the elevators are constantly not working- for the past month, we only have 1 functioning elevator, which means that we have to walk up and down stairs frequently (total of 21 floors), creating a signatificant risk for any medical emergencies and complicates d... read more
