Just moved in. Found the experience to be a VIP treatment so far. Karl has been phenomenal every step of the way in making sure we have all our questions answered and our needs met. Quality of the building and apartments is very high so far. Amenities seem well maintained and the maintenance crew has been responsive in fixing minor issues we found upon moving in.
