The developer did a bad job with this project. Lots of delays and quality not up to Luxury standard. I agreed with the previous review that the elevators is very slow and occupied by the workers. Also people with interim occupancy suffers as the building is far from finish. None of the amenties can be use and NO SERVICE. It is a waste of the location!
Nothing luxury about this condo. Walls suffer from water leaks, and the fire alarm rings multiple times a day, nearly every single day. On top of that, units have poor ventilation and no balconies. To top it off, the elevators are painfully slow—expect to wait at least 15 minutes every single day just to get up or down. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
