Echoing what a lot of others have already said, the building management is utterly incompetent. 3 times they have 'lost or misplaced' monies I have paid them requiring me to send them all the information all over again. Utterly unresponsive to emails or calls - makes what is a perfectly nice building utterly untenable. Apparently they don't pay back deposits either looking at this
