I joined yesterday and have been to two classes and the gym twice. Everybody is really helpful and friendly. What i like best is they are very supportive and they cheer u on. Even when things are hard to do for me they help u to move on. They give u that extra push to make u want to keep going
Joined yesterday to the fitness center. Looking forward to using the facilities and dance fit classes
