John was very professional and able to fix my car in minutes. He has a passion for what he does and was able to get my car to crank and is very knowledgeable about cars. I have a 2014 c350 coupe and those cars are difficult but he got it done. THANKS JOHN!
Poor communication. Confirmed a time to come look at my car and never came or followed up. If he didnt want to do the job he could have stated that at the beginning instead of having me waste time waiting.
