A Total Nightmare Please Stay Away From this place. The guys were here at dawn and left in the late evening. I'm very happy with the finished project. Now the bad part.. I was told by salesman the bathroom sink and toilet would be moved by the installer. The installer told me 4 hours later and after doing an assessment and charging me an extra $2,200 I had to find someone to remove the sink or he wouldn't be able to do the bathroom, what if I didn't know anyone? The worst company to buy flooring from.Go elsewhere
They need to shut this place down. The management is terrible and they can’t seem to get anything right. From store to regional, CLOWNS !!!!
Nothing but great things to say about our experience with our Sales guy Tim C. - he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fully understood what we wanted and made great recommendations to accomplish our new floor. I would trust him implicitly with any of our future flooring needs.
Had 50 floor install engineered flooring in November of 2021, horrible installation job with imperfections everywhere. Keep in mind all this company does is sub contract out all work to “cowboys” floor said it needed to acclimate to the new environment for a few days before installation but they just installed without doing any of that. Despite me calling repeatedly for someone to come out and correct any issues they never bothered to try to resolve this. Don’t go anywhere near this company
