Don't do business with this people. They will cheat you. They will show good material but when they come for installation, they will bring lower quality materials. They will charge 50% upfront so if you reject the material, they will nor refund your money and will charge you 20% of your contract money. Please be aware.
Just had a stellar experience deciding on a long awaited floor upgrade. John Natale took time to explain the process, product options, warranty and answered my questions and follow up questions. Because of his excellent service I am getting a long awaited floor for my family at an affordable price. No pressure and full transparency. How refreshing. Five stars to 50Floors and John Natale.
If you are looking for a reputable and stand-up flooring company, keep looking 50 Floor is neither. We had new flooring installed and problems started immediately. We were given the lifetime warranty we we purchased and they have came out a couple of times to repair the floor and we continue to have issues and now they say I will need to pay another company to fix the issues. If you want a sound mind and confidence in a flooring company, the worst decision you can make is to hire 50 Floor.
50 Floor SUCKS!!! Having just paid $,4000 to 50 Floor for installation of laminate flooring in my dining room and living room there is great dissatisfaction!! The cord around was poorly installed it appears using left over pieces from another install. Our baseboards were severely scratched up! When called to customer service attention I was quoted the contract “50 Floor is not responsible for scratches or nicks when flooring is installed”!! The 50 floor rep was on time and very professional. Had good knowledge of his products and could answer all of our questions. Todd Johnson was the rep and he was excellent.
Peter our salesman gave us great choices and we found the perfect flooring. Good job!
