Just had my floor done today,wonderful installers,wasn't sure how it would turn out,there were so good,50 floor is the best,was on it from day one.
Please! Always read the negative reviews too. You may think you’ll be one of the lucky ones and give have a great experience like so many others. 50 Floor finally came out to look at my floors after a year or so calling and finally hitting them in the heart with the negative reviews! This time they did an accurate moisture check, (they have never done a moisture check, EVER) meaning pulled up some of the flooring to check if I had moisture. First of all don’t do it- they do not stand behind their product or their workmanship- it’s a joke. I have never dealt with a company so shady like this before. I would like to find other people that paid for overpriced flooring for no warranty. Please find me. I will be on every social media I can to prevent as many people as I can from buying from this company. If I could give a negative 10 I would. I
Awful!!!! Awful!!! Don’t use please!!! They have been the worst company I have ever felt with my floors are falling apart and it’s only been 3-4 years!!!
After only 3 years of their floors and they are coming apart and coming up!!! I have not used anything on them to clean them other than what they advised me I could use! I have reached out time and time again and they refuse to help or do anything! I am a single mom and used my hard earn money up front no financing only to now need floors again! I hate this place! There jobs and customer SUCK!! Everyone I know and I know too many people I tell them and show them the piss poor job this company did!
