The installation went well after the initial hangup with moving furniture. The workers were professional and friendly. The problem is we have found a couple of issues with gaps and we were told they were coming on 11/20 to fix the gaps, etc...They never came and have not replied back when I reach out.
Great consulting experience with Liz. Her expertise in design and construction was a great help in my decision making. Thanks again--love my new laundry floor.

50 Floor finally came out to look at my floors after a year or so calling and finally hitting them in the heart with the negative reviews! This time they did an accurate moisture check, (they have never done a moisture check, EVER) meaning pulled up some of the flooring to check if I had moisture. First of all don’t do it- they do not stand behind their product or their workmanship- it’s a joke. I have never dealt with a company so shady like this before. I would like to find other people that paid for overpriced flooring for no warranty. Please find me. I will be on every social media I can to prevent as many people as I can from buying from this company. If I could give a negative 10 I would. I
Awful!!!! Awful!!! Don’t use please!!! They have been the worst company I have ever felt with my floors are falling apart and it’s only been 3-4 years!!!
