My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam. He did a wonderful job helping us find the right home, was super-responsive, and able to answer all our questions about the area and the market (we moved here from out of state). He actually worked to find us a house, plus his 50/50 commission structure saved us $5200.
