Tried renting from a property in Ohio. Victoria village on sunny ct The leasing agent were horrible They didn’t know what they were doing Wanted and asked for things that were impossible. Like doing the application online and then providing hard copies of bank starments ect. Ownership is awful.
If I could give this company ZERO stars. I would. I beg of you. Please do NOT rent from this company. I have been a LONG time tenant. I’ve lived at my current address for almost 4.5 years. I’ve paid my rent on time. I’m not a problem tenant. This past weekend I had two of my vehicles where someone attempted to steal BOTH of them in less than 24 hours. I made police reports. I have been residing at Unit 14, Bldg 139 17TH Street NW, Canton OH 44703. Recently Case Mansion Flats' Corporate Company, 5 West Group revised Their Tenant Portal page's payment format...which is within their rights.
