Shocking rudeness and unprofessionalism from the teenage staff here. There were girls huddled behind the counter gossiping while customers stood waiting at the counter to order. Then two girls RAN out from the back pulling full trash bags across the store and laughing at full volume. One knocked over a chair in the narrow clearance space to the door as she ran. It was a miracle no one got hurt in the cramped space. Whoever owns this location needs to know what's happening and how the staff is representing their brand.
I come here every once in a while. The food is alright here, great as a quick snack in the morning. (Although I notice with the pastries sometimes they have bugs on them from not being covered so hopefully they will fix that). The service is almost always amazing, and I love the combination of rustic and modern feel to the place.
