Nicole was great to work with. She stuck with us through the whole process and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. She really goes above and beyond for her customers, and you can tell she works hard and cares about what she’s doing. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend her, five stars for sure.
I've been cold called twice within one week. After the first time, I asked them to stop / take me off their call list but they didn't. So to Zach or whoever plans to call me next - don't. This behavior is somewhat harassing and predatorial. I've never done business with you, and due to these actions I won't.
Stop cold calling people. I’m not sure how you even get people’s information or their name/phone number but it’s very unprofessional. As a family who owns a business as well it’s not a very good sales tactic to call people’s phones multiple times who have never even reached out or requested a call for any roofing needs. Especially being someone who doesn’t even own a house and calling to solicit your business.
