We were quoted for roof repair, drywall repair, and new paint inside the house. When the approval came suddenly they werent sure if they were going to have enough to cover the roof repair. Nicole was AWESOME! She handled everything for us. Nicole worked with our insurance to get our claim submitted, approved and adjusted to meet code. Her communication throughout was amazing even matching my “off” work hours to keep me informed. The crew didn’t just show up on time, they were working at start time. The job was done and meticulously cleaned up on schedule. Nicole did a great job managing from start to finish!

I worked with 5 Stars Roofing for the replacement of my roof and they did a very good job. Nicole was very helpful at communicating as a liason between me and the insurance company as well as her efforts with the field adjuster.
