Leaky roof destroyed my AC. It took a week before they sent roofers who could not speak English. They refused to do a leak check. We repaired the AC yesterday and after a few hours smoke sarted pouring out the vents. Had to call the fire department. It rained again today and there is water everywhere. They are not answering thier emergency 24/7 hotline (just like last time). We have been without a properly working AC for 4 weeks now and they almost burned my house down. roof leaks after work was done. they sent someone out from corporate office to assess issues - he wrote up a comprehensive repair plan. the local group came out to do repairs and when i mentioned the issues pointed out by the person from their corporate office, i was told, "he went overboard and now im having to clean up the messes he made for us here." they didnt follow his reccomendations and i wouldnt use them again.
Very frustrating right now. I had my roof replaced last Nov. We kept having little brown outs and our AC wouldn't come back on last weekend, turns out my AC compressor died and the circuit board was fried oddly. During the install of our new system last night it started to rain. The tech goes up to the attic to troubleshoot why the AC wasnt cooling...the control panel was dead, and thats when he saw the water leak.
