DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My family has been without AC for 9 weeks because thier roof was poorly constructed and it failed less than a year after being installed. They sent two women who couldn't speak English and didn't know why they were there to repair it. I insisted that Johnson do a leak check, he flat out refused. It rained and destroyed a second unit and almost burned down my house. We had to call the fire department. They finally fixed it and did a leak check, but ghosted us when we sent the invoice. BEWARE!! Terrible company, incompetent roofers, DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY and good luck getting in touch with customer service. We have been without AC since July 27th (9 weeks) due to a LEAK in my 7 month old roof. They came out and repaired it. I begged for them to leak test it before putting in new system, they refused. 2 weeks later installed new sysytem only for it to rain and destroy the newly installed unit. Work quickly, shows with substandard outcome. Never fixed siding issues. Took advantage of a senior, disabled veteran on a limited income. Have had a few contractors stop by to inform me of major problems with the way they replaced my roof. Serious water damage could happen to my home. Have not been able to reach anyone to fix it. The roof was put on last year! Supposedly under warranty. If I could do over would not recommend at this time!
They were very responsive and got the job done quickly.
