Great customer service! John, Jared and Jessica were great! Jared went above and beyond!
We had our roof replaced in 2022 and were extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish. At the time, they told us they stand behind their work, and we recently had the opportunity to see just how true that statement is. When we listed our home for sale in 2026, the buyer’s inspector noted a couple of minor issues with the roof. I called to see when someone could come out to take a look, and I received a call back that same day. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Jared, the technician, quic... read more
This review is long overdue, but definitely not forgotten! My husband and I had 5 Star Roofing replace the roofs on both of our homes in late May. 5 Stars will come out and claim to have your best interests in mind, telling you they will handle everything from insurance on. They finally "made it work" but couldn't fix the other issues in the house. The crew they hired came out and did a quick job finishing our roof and detached garage and we thought we were good. Fast forward a year ... read more
Nicole was AWESOME! She handled everything for us. Nicole worked with our insurance to get our claim submitted, approved and adjusted to meet code. Her communication throughout was amazing even matching my “off” work hours to keep me informed. The crew didn’t just show up on time, they were working at start time. The job was done and meticulously cleaned up on schedule. Nicole did a great job managing from start to finish!
