I recently rented a car through 5 stars agency and I had a very rough communication with them which is far from the usual customer service I am usually getting when using the Turo app. I will not use their service again in the future .
Highly recommend! Fantastic experience renting their 2024 Acura MDX last week. Communication was clear, hosts were incredibly responsive, and the car was immaculate—smooth ride, super clean, and fresh. I’d absolutely rent again without hesitation!
I rented their Volkswagen Atlas very clean spacious smooth ride they cats are well kept easy communication fast response times it was easy to extend it was a all around great experience I don’t have any complaints will try again and recommend to family n friends
Exceptional customer service…..clear and distinctive instructions, the car was in great maintenance.
