This is an amazingly well run service. The drivers are excellent and the cars immaculate. I used them for my recent trip from SFO to Union Square and back and plan to use them again. Booking online worked seamlessly, and the rides were as comfortable as it gets. It's definitely a service-oriented business.

This service all around really was 5 star. They answered the phone every time I called. They were able to accommodate me in really short notice for my sister’s Quinceañera. They have great phone customer service and in person customer service. The day of, Peter the limo driver came early, was really nice, did not rush us at all and had such awesome hospitality. They gave me a good reasonable price. I will definitely be keeping their contact for referrals. Thanks again for making it possible.

From that first time I contacted this company, I got a respond right away. Communication with their office and driver is absolute professional. Their price is very reasonable and no hidden charges. Our driver was Ron and he was great! I recommend PPB! Thank you

Before travelling into California I use 5starslimousine and register for their services. Due to my Security I always book 5starslimousine.
