These guys are great. They are straight up and honest with the work they do. They fixed my car before I sold it and helped me get top dollar on my trade in. If you want to pay them and not think about it, great, they’ll get it done. If you want to check in on your vehicle, Victor is just a call away. If you’re clear and honest with 5Star, they give back what you put in. Awesome dudes.
I was referred here by uptown garage. I was communicating with Victor. He sent a quote to my insurance for about 2700 worth of work and didn't even replace any parts. My whole back bumper was messed up and the bumper wasn't even installed properly. It was still sticking out on the edges by the tires. My front right panel was dented in and supposed to be replaced He just pulled it out a little bit and painted over it. It still even had scuff marks from where I was hit. The work is horrible. guy here is a scammer, was quick to take my money took over a month with my car when he said 2 weeks at first! get the car back and the mouldings he put on start falling off! i call him now and no answer! stay was from this place
Horrible service it was so bad just horrible Geroge was horrible and very disappointing he's not helpful and took over 2 months to fix it and by the e time he said it was going to be done he hadn't even started on it. And charged up front and did a shitty job half ass.
Do not bring you car here!!!! I brought my car here in April I payed them 3k up front with parts it is now September and I still don’t have my car and they are being very unprofessional this is very stressful please save your energy , time and MONEY , money is all they want they don’t care about the CUSTOMERS please beware
