They gave us a timeline. AFTER WE PAID HALF OF THE COST. The timeline WAS NOT MET so we decided to cancel. BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE. But the owner LIED to us about "how much work had already been done" and now REFUSES to return our money! I, PERSONALLY, talked to EVERYONE INVOLVED as far as the workers. The owner WAS NOT AROUND. We highly recommend using 5Star Windows and Doors. They were top notch from my first meeting with James Ferguson to help with getting everything precisely how the VA required things done and contracts signed. He made necessary trips to our condo to make sure all was done properly. Well, these guys chose a great name for their company because they are nothing less than five stars! From the beginning with James, the salesman and everybody in between, it has been a great experience. There were a few hiccups at the beginning with services not explained thoroughly, but they were able to rectify their mistakes and everything was perfect after that. Had to replace two old/cracked windows on my house. Alyson sent design team out the next day and measured and gave me a very competitive quote. Jason and his crew matched window and stucco colors perfectly. Super professional and clean.
Ease of choosing windows withh options and suggestions. Good follow up to schedule installation. Installation quick and efficient with cleanup. Installers very personable and thorough. Windows are efficient and of great quality.
