I would not give any stars but I have to in order to review. After a month of waiting and trying to give the company the benefit, my patience has worn off. I am over trying to get the company to cooperate. It seems as though customer satisfaction is not a concern on their part. They make excuses as to why their work is not up to par, with no accountability. They don't follow up or keep promises with any phone calls nor show up to scheduled appointments. Excellent service highly recommended. No other ringer would answer phone calls these guys helped me on the spot for an extremely reasonable price

I had a great experience, first time using them, the warm friendly young man called said he would be at my place earlier, this pleased me, we went through my Condo discussed what needed to be done and also mentioned I had two rescue cats concerns with getting out he worked in a timely matter and paid attention to where the cats were every time windows open as he went in/out of unit. WOW it was great having sun light in my home again, Thanks for a great job
