The masseuses that we had were solid. Wish I could name them but they didn't state their name. Face-rest was kind of uncomfortable.. but as stated, they did a good job. What I would've liked was for more clarity on what we were charged, but when we asked questions before the massage started, we were told the total... and never the breakdown. When we asked the breakdown they couldn't give us a good answer. I've been coming here for four weeks straight and have decided to continue coming once a week to de-stress. The professional massage techniques relieve the tension from work fatigue. I booked an appointment for 10 am they did not have the right person to do the facial. They also did not have me scheduled in their appointment booklet. Since it was a holiday the person who does facial isn’t there. The front desk lady told me it’s best for us to refund the money since the person facial isn’t here the supplies are not here either. It’s a bit shady at this spa. you will need to pay first getting into the spa.
