Was given a price. Price included free cleaning . Once complete there was cleaning added to the price. I asked for a refund on the cleaning and was told that the cleaning was more than a basic cleaning. But the final pricing stated " cleaning" as did the original quote. There was no difference in the language that was on the original price and the final price. There was no discussion . Do not recommend this business, they are using cheap materials to put on your teeth that will harm your natural teeth, since I have been there to get the resin composite veneers they have broke and chipped 5 times they dont care, they wont refund you, and they will blame u and say its your fault. Their customer service is horrible they never return calls and they truly dont care if you are upset and concerned with your teeth. At the time of her initial exam, she was informed that she would need a nightguard to protect the resin veneers from breaking, due to her bite and the way her teeth fit and function together.
