I always get up a respiratory infections in the fall and this fall I started to get sick so before getting sick I went to the salt caves three weeks in a row and it cleared everything up plus it is a truly relaxing experience and very detoxifying. Everyone here is very professional and very helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend it I haven't even begun to experience all of what they have to offer
not sure where to begin since it was my first time at 5 Star and i had never been in a salt cave nor had a foot massage like this before. I started off with the foot massage; it was an interesting experience but was quite comfortable plus i loved the massage chair. Next, I had a long massage and it was AMAZING, the masseuse was very professional and knew where i needed to some work. I ended with the salt cave with was very very relaxing and much needed. Last night 5 Star Salt Cave hosted Ann Martin and her singing bowls and gong for a unique one-hour audio-visual-body experience. While relaxing in our lounge chairs, I and 10 other lucky participants were treated to a most relaxing experience. With the exception of one older man who kept falling asleep and snuffling, the room was silent save for Ms. Martin and her audio bliss.
