The most unprofessional owner/manager i have ever had to deal with. Was arguing with me that i have already paid her money for the rental and that i need to send her a signed contract when all i did was ONLY TO INQUIRE about her property via VRBO and later called to rent it directly to avoid paying VRBO fees. Did not want to listen to what i had to say, extremely arrogant and RUDE. May be COVID19 did a little damage in her head who knows...
Melanie Fiato is the rudest host I have ever dealt with. Do not book with this company! They will make your stay a horrible experience as they are extremely unprofessional.
DO NOT BOOK!! Owners, and property manager: Melanie Fiato are extremelyyy harassing, check the cameras andd peep around the house 24/7 as they own the properties next door. They were extremely racist towards my entire family, harassing us since the minute we arrived, until they showed up with cops to kick us out not even halfway into the week long trip we payed for. We will sue this horrible company, please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. I would put 0 stars but it doesn't let me.

Owner is extremely rude. Harassed and insulted multiple people in our party via text after check out. From other reviews on Google, BBB, and Yelp it seems we were just one group of many to have these issues with her. House was in a beautiful location but poorly taken care of, extremely low ceiling fans and a dangerous spiral staircase. Baby gates provided are pointless as not only are they old and broken, they do not fit in the spiral stairway entrance. Shower heads old, clogged and barely any water pressure.
