After having a different company come out and mess things up worse, my realtor was able to find the information for 5 Star Quality HVAC who had originally installed our furnace in July of last year. Not only did Jeff come out right away, he fixed the wire that blew while the other guy was messing with it and somehow got our heat to work again. My A/C stopped working during a 100 degree heatwave. Everyone I called wouldn’t come out for 3 - 4 weeks! Called 5 Star and they took care of me the next day, never tried to up sell me, and did quick, honest work and charged me a fair and reasonable price!
I've used 5 Star for 11 years now. I've always received the fastest response, best price and very professional service. My house was designed poorly for air flow but Jeff has found solutions to greatly improve it. 5 star has done 2 air conditioners and 1 furnace for me and have always been there for me when I've had trouble. Last month my a/c died on the first hot day and they were there the next day installing a new one.
