Please be very AWARE when dealing with this company. They don't like to lose. MAKE ABSOLUTE SURE you take a pic of every single inch of your rental .. I invested a lot of my own money to improve the home and they still returned ZERO of my deposit. I only used their products they told me to use such as the paint type etc. and they still kept my entire deposit. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
