We were happy with 5 Star Pool. The process was smooth and the job was completed within 10 weeks. Inspections passed without issue for each phase. Roman and his staff were good to work with. Subcontractors were prompt and professional. But... ⚠️. Approximately, 45 days after installation and the curing process, a stain appeared on the floor surface of the pool. We purposely saved our review to wait for the one-year anniversary of our total pool and deck remodel by 5 Star Pools. We are still thrilled with their quality work and materials and have recommended them to both family and neighbors. My pool refinishing was fantastic. Roman and team were spectacular in all phases. Roman was always available, stayed on top of subcontractors and generally performed at a 5 star level. He provided a fair price and tremendous service. I highly recommend 5 Star pool to resurface your pool
