Edited. 3.16.26 We were happy with 5 Star Pool. The process was smooth and the job was completed within 10 weeks. Inspections passed without issue for each phase. Roman and his staff were good to work with. Subcontractors were prompt and professional. But... I am editing this post with a caution warning ⚠️. This place makes magic! Beautiful living spaces.
Update: We just had to have Roman come out & look at a rust spot on our pool. Novea in the office was a pleasure to work with. They had the spot repaired in no time at all and the best part was the pool refinish that they did over 6 years ago, still looks good!! We are so impressed with Roman and his staff that we continue to refer them to everyone! Excellent Service, exceeded our expectations
Everything happened as agreed. Some extra work, which was mentioned, turned out to be fairly costly. A price estimate of this work, if required, would have been good to have before signing. The workforce appeared professional and friendly. They knew what could be done and what not. The price was not the cheapest, but the fact that the company was local, recommended, had a manned showroom and communicated well (also in writing) before and during the work were important factors.
